By signing up for this course, You (the "Learner") agree and warrant that:

1. You are over the age of 18

2. You are under the age of 18 and have written consent by a parent or guardian to complete this course

3. You acknowledge and understand that Freya Haley is not a licensed therapist, counsellor or field professional. 

4. You voluntarily and of your own free will, elect to participate in the Course. Furthermore, You agree that You are in good health and proper mental and physical condition to participate in the Course.

5. You voluntarily and of your own free will, elect to participate in the online dance classes. Furthermore, You agree that You are in good health and proper physical condition to dance.

6. You voluntarily elect to accept and assume all risks of injury incurred or suffered by participation in The Love Club while practicing or dancing as a member of a guided online class

7. You elect to accept and assume all risks of damage both mental and physical suffered by Your participation in the Course.

8. You hereby release, discharge and agree not to hold Freya Haley liable, or their owners, officers, agents, servants, associations, employees, or any person or entity connected with Freya Haley for any claim, damages, costs or cause of action which You have or may in the future have as a result of injuries or damages sustained or incurred by Freya Haley from whatever cause.

9. Any payments made by You shall, once they are paid, not be refundable nor creditable for any reason whatsoever, unless otherwise expressly provided herein or with written consent from a Freya Haley representative.
